    Did you arrive here before or after the rocket lifted off?

    • Sara_ad98

      Obviously before because they were tweeting about it.

    Thirty Seconds to Mars on their way to NASA to launch their song into space!

    Yesterday, March 1, the first copy of ‘Up In The Air’ was launched from Cape Canaveral to the International Space Station in the SpaceX Dragon Cargo Capsule.

    I loved the sky in this photo… the clouds look like sand waves in the bottom of the sea. And NASA sent “Up in the Air” into space… still unbelievable to me…

    Pretty sure it was an exciting and exhausting day for all of you…..more than in just one way. All the planning and hoping for a sucessful start (literally and figuratively) and handing over the control of something special and personal.
    Then the technical issues with the thrusters which could be gladly solved. I’m sure you’ll only calm down after the docking has happened

    Every boys – and girls dream come true… And I’m so happy for you! =O)
    And what a huge building and a beautiful sky!

  • agnieszka

    Must be the most no-nonsense brute of a building I’ve ever seen. Unique design, totally unorthodox. No attempts to make it look pretty or to make it blend with the surroundings. Its as unique as the purpose it was built for. As unique as NASA. It looks like sth from a different planet. As alien as the areas of research conducted there. And the scale of it is a match for the scale of pojects NASA is involved with. Nicest think about it-its not hiding behind barbed wire, in a bunker. Looks accesible. The lines are clean, simple and honest. Im a huge fan of the design.
    Cought at one of those noncynical moments, apparently;

    This building is so iconic; that is part of such big events we all saw on our tv since we are children. I really can understand why you were excited to be there.

  • Reminds me of…

    The golden towels. That hung like banners. In my dream.
