    actually they aren't tortillas they are called tostadas It's like a tortilla but it's not the same :P

    I'm from México and I know them pretty well.

    Actually those are not regular tortillas, when they are dry and crispy they're called tostadas, but on your next visit to México, be sure to try the tortillas at any market place, preferably the ones made on the spot in a comal, I assure you, it will be the best tortilla you'll ever try.     You can learn something from your Echelonbro's and sisters in Mexico, Jared.
    They are telling you here that these are not Tortilla's but Tostadas…..
    But however, you find them the best ever and that is the important thing :)
    They are looking yummi to me and I'm sure that you have found them yummi too :P
