I am still trying to think of what I can do before the day is over, to be proud of? Be nice to my husband for one day? Even though we can't stand each other and I am checking off the days on the calender until I leave. My daughter is old enough now. Would that be something to be proud of? I have a few hours left in the day. LOL!
This was I most love about travelling u get to experience magical moments that u wouldn't normally c in day to day life. There's such a sense of community and family orientation which I haven't seen in a long time. Glad u got to experience it though . Actually as a matter of fact it reminds me of Pablo Picasso painting he always was able to capture those magical once in a moment images and bring it to life in a way he only could. The lifestyle the enviourment the surroundings but most of all the Culture as you've so rightly named this beautiful pic. Do u know what one of the things I love about when u send in these photos is the fact u really get my mind working/thinking it's great thanx for that. You really capture the true essence of life in general honestly, I'm not just saying this because you've taken. It's truely what I see, this photo book is so amazing every pic just gets better and better. While were on the subject of Art, I was watching this series about Russian Artists called the Art of Russia and they were discussing Artists like Kandinsky his paintings are so vibrant and colurful the simplicity and the impacting detailing is so unique, I loved them so much I have a back catalogue of all his paintings it's so big it's taking me ages to read but worth it though. I also loved the fact they discussed the painting Year Zero ring any bells this title but yeah that painting is so real, simple and genius all I want to know is how did he know the human mind was going to progress like that from then on to the future even after him. Intelligent man I suppose amougst being wise. Ahh simple me is feelin smart at the moment Haaaa got me thinking. I know ur most likely hard at work with Vids/Tour stuff, stay chilled even though it's hard to under pressure due to time. The vid will be Amazing and we will beyond love it. Loads of ppl will finally see what a unique and beautiful mind u have, and the Amazing family you guys have to support you always. Only three days till K! Awards I have faith u guys will be Smiling and celebrating ur hard work. All those late nights of no sleep 15hrs plus or so will seem that little less painful lol.
We call this game "Jeu de boules" , but I think in France they call it "Pétanque"
You know it's so great to see, that how more you come in the south of Europe, how more relaxing the way of life is.
"Mediterranean way of life"
But I see it also in the south of Holland, the people there have already a little touch of the relaxing way of life like in France and Italy etc.
In the North of Holland the people are more hard workers and more on their own…
Even in my little country, we have very different ways of life.
But I love it to see, the culture of France , Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal etc…
It's warmer, relaxing,
having dinners with whole families,
I like the way of life (and the food) there.
And people playing games together, like this,
it brings people together.
I'm so thankfull that you can take some time to taste and feel the cultures in the countries where you come.
Or maybe this is á photo that you made during your short vacatian in Sain Tropez.
But all these photo's is giving me a feeling,
of I almost traveling around with you.
Seeing the things, cultures, sunsets, cities, art, fashionshows, funny things etc…..
through your eyes.
And that is also a gift,
that you can give someone these feelings, through the photo's that you are making.
Cause I'm not only seeing some men who are playing this game, and the children around them, but also the people on the terrace who are enjoying their drinks or food…the buildings at the back and also above the restaurant…
I can almost feel the sunshine, although the place that you have photographed is in a shadow.
The two girls at the left, (behind the boy)
are almost looking like twins…lol
The green of the tree at the left, etc.
so there is so much to see and to feel in a photo.
So thank you so much for that, Jared.
For sharing a lil part of the culture in France.
Keep following your dreams…
Keep taking amazing photo's,
See, feel and taste the world around you, and try to touch the beautiful skies, where ever you are.
You are a warmhearted man, with your heart on the right place, and beside that also
so funny and crazy (and a lil naughty……..;)
But I believe that you found a good balance in your life. I have a lot of respect for you, Jared.
Love, Marianne.
P.S, I was reading that there are some extra dates for touring in England, can you please give a "lil" concert in Holland too in Nov. or Dec.
J-Doll just shared a sneak peak of his new haircut on Twitter. I think he's going to go bald this time. Maybe with little patches of purple… He looks sexy in anything and everything. He can never look bad (except when he starred as Mark Chapman and gained 5 stone, as Alan Carr put it but otherwise…). 5 stone = 70 American pounds.
I love Mark Chapman, he is wonderful..:)Anyway the pic is great i was watching it for 10 minutes. i wish i can't be there, it's so peaceful and familiar, sun is warm and close to sunset. this is Zen
I was in France a few days ago ( near Marseille ) and when we were in near cities then I saw them playing that game which actually made me think about my time in Chile. When I was a kid I used to play that but with smaller balls and in a group of 3 and often on the street ^^
In Argentina to this game they are called it the Bowls, and it is played by major persons, for whom it is very calm, but I have played it and it is necessary to have aim. You are a great obserbador Jared, must be for your treks. As he says a phrase in my country " a chunk of culture " always it comes well.
I rectify: the "pétanque" is not a " jeu de boule " in fact. The "jeu de boule" , it is rather in the northwest, but the "pétanque" is really the tradition of the South of France… Although many French find that square… And the score was of how much?
My friend was a champion of petanque in my town….Do you what is good for a petanque player? "pastagas" that is the local drink, "anis" pastis Ricard!
yes,Pétanque, wellknown in France and we play it in Luxembourg too, outdoors during summertime of course!hmm..you have seen many places during your tour through Europe, did you also have the time to get a few impressions of very small Luxemburg??
Come on man, tell me you try at least ? "La pétanque" is for the south of France what "Fries" are to belgian people (like me ..) You're maybe right .. Culture
1 views …interesting ;
I my country this game is called "kulki" hihiih…it's very relaxing game…and easy but u must be calm and throw it strong but lightly…and u win

I like your attitude.
The truth is that I only liked the music and not from you. (Just like the Tomo) In the past you said silly things and I hated you.
Time passed, and I learned to enjoy you!
Well .. you know my secret, now I have to kill you! ahahah
You're weird but cool!
I hope one day you will answer my twitter!
PS: Sorry my english, as I said before, I just try.
Stay with God!

C'est presque une tradition en France:
On voit "pétanque", on pense "Ricard"
